If it’s your child’s first time at KidsLife, you can register them before you arrive to make Sunday morning check-in quick and easy.
Fill out your family’s information below, and we’ll be ready to welcome you when you get here. Because your child’s safety is important to us, please make sure all information is complete and up to date.
After your first visit, checking in is even easier — simply use your phone number to pull up your family and print your child’s check-in tag.
When registering: Enter your information first, then your spouse (if applicable), and add your children as additional family members.
